Initial Assessment
An Initial Assessment helps to devise a plan to start your therapy journey. Initial assessments are usually via telephone. These are usually in the evenings during the week. You receive a report which lists any recommendations which could help. The cost of the assessment is just £20.
£20.00
Individuals
- The assessment can be anything from 20 to 45 minutes.
- You will be asked a variety of questions to gain a better understanding of your situation.
- You will have the chance to ask any questions you may have.
Couples
- An Assessment for couples is around 1 hour
- At the start of the assessment you will be asked a few questions together.
- You will then speak to Dr Adlem separately for about 20 minutes each.
- After both of you have spoken individually, you then have the opportunity to speak together and to ask any questions you may have.
Note – Providing both of you attend the initial assessment, there is no additional cost. If this is not possible then two separate bookings are required
Therapy for Individuals
Following on from telephone assessment appointment, you receive a report which gives a brief plan detailing the best route to go. Should you choose to start face to face sessions with Relink Therapy, they are in a cosy clinic on Barrack Road, BH23 2AR. Each session is a 50 minute appointment.

Therapy for Couples
Following on from telephone assessment appointment, you receive a report which gives a brief plan detailing the best route to go. Should you choose to start face to face sessions with Relink Therapy, they are in a cosy clinic on Barrack Road, BH23 2AR. Each session is a 50 minute appointment.

All bookings are subject to all Relink Therapy's Policy & Procedures and the client filling out the new client form on the contact page.
