“Someone once called me a Maverick.
At first, I wasn’t sure how to take it.
Sure, they meant it to be derogatory; but something about it seemed true…
Then I realized:
If being a Maverick means I’m the only one willing to stay in the trenches with people that are struggling when things get loud, then I’ll wear that badge with pride.
I am a maverick and extremely proud of it.
That’s why Relink Therapy comes with the Relink Charter.”

THE RELINK CHARTER: INTEGRITY IN ACTION

A Personal Commitment to Clinical Integrity

Most people assume ‘Relink’ is just a clever name for a therapy practice. It’s actually more personal than that. I’ve had the nickname Link since I was a kid at school, playing matchmaker and fixing the connections between people before I even knew what ‘Psychosexual Therapy’ was.

I didn’t just choose this name for a business; I chose it because it’s who I am—the steady connection between where a person is and where they need to be.

I was once called a Maverick, and I wear that as a badge of pride.

A MAVERICK’S COMMITMENT TO CLINICAL RESULTS

I’ve seen too many people left stranded by a system that’s more worried about its own paperwork than the person sitting in the chair. That’s why I do this. Most people come to me when the “standard” approach has failed them. In a field often hamstrung by red tape, I choose a different path.

Being a Maverick isn’t about cutting corners; instead, It’s about having the guts to go where the mainstream won’t.

My integrity is the single most important thing I own. It’s the foundation of every session and every real-time check-in. Because I answer to my clients, not to some distant committee!

My standards are driven by one thing: What actually works to heal you.

THE “IN THE TRENCHES” COMMITMENT

I don’t sit behind a mahogany desk with a silver spoon and watch the clock.

I’m in the trenches with you. Simple as that. Whether it’s direct WhatsApp support to navigate a crisis or facilitating complex somatic journeys that others are too afraid to touch, I am a partner in your progress. When the world feels like it’s exploding—and I’ve been in the middle of the real thing, I know how that feels—I’m the person who moves toward the smoke, not away from it.

CREDENTIALS WITH CONTEXT

I believe expertise is earned through impact, not just exams.

My Doctorate is an honorary recognition of my years in the field and my contributions to the community—not a traditional academics. I prioritise lived experience and real-world results over institutional gatekeeping.

This transparency is part of my integrity. I don’t hide behind titles; I stand behind my track record. If I lose my integrity, I’ve got nothing.
I’d rather be honest about my path yielding effective results than pretend to be part of a system I don’t believe in.
